East Libyan forces dismiss ceasefire push by rivals

THE eastern-based Libyan National Army (LNA) dismissed a ceasefire announcement by authorities in the capital, Tripoli, as a marketing stunt, saying rival forces were mobilising around front lines in the centre of the country.
