Ukraine tells residents to leave occupied south due to counter-attack plans
MAX HUNDER UKRAINE'S deputy prime minister urged civilians in the Russian-occupied southern region of Kherson to urgently evacuate as Ukraine's armed forces were preparing a counter-attack there.
