AFRICAN MIRROR REPORTER ZIMBABWE has lost a second serving cabinet minister in one week to COVID-19. Transport and Infrastructure Minister Joel “Biggie” Matiza has also become the 4th minister in President Emmerson Mnangagwa to die from COVID-19 related illness.
