AMY TENNERY KENYA'S Olympic champion Emmanuel Korir produced his best performance of the season to win his 800 metres semi-final, while Algerian Slimane Moula came from behind to win his race in the fastest time of the day. Kenya, Uganda win Olympic gold medals

AFRICAN MIRROR REPORTER KENYA and Uganda have delivered more medals for Africa - two gold, a silver and a bronze - at the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo, Japan.  Kenya won the gold and silver in the 800m when Emmanuel Korir won the men's final in 1:45.06, ahead of teammate Ferguson Rotich, the race favourite, who came in second at 1:45.23.
