THE Scottish government said it had approved the extradition to the United States of an American man accused of rape who allegedly faked his own death. 06A court in Cape Verde has rejected an appeal from a detained Colombian businessman seeking to avoid extradition to the United States on money laundering charges, his defence team has said.
