TWO suspects were charged with murder and attempted murder yesterday over an assassination attempt on a Ugandan government minister in which the minister was wounded and his daughter and driver were killed. Sserubula Hussein Ismael and Nyanzi Yusuf Siraji "attempted unlawfully to cause the death" of General Katumba Wamala, Uganda's works and transport minister, the charge sheet showed.
