AFRICAN MIRROR REPORTER SOUTH Africa’s Special Investigating Unit (SIU) has uncovered fraud and corruption in several multi-billion rand contracts issued by the Department of Water and Sanitation (DWS) and has referred 36 cases for criminal prosecution.
