SOUTH Africa has set a November 1 date for municipal elections, after a court last week rejected a request to delay them until early next year to allow more time for COVID-19 vaccinations. South Africa to allow travel from all of Africa from October 1

SOUTH Africa will allow travel from October 1 to and from all countries in Africa as well as other countries where levels of COVID-19 infections are not too high, a government minister has announced. For countries outside Africa, the government will determine whether entry is allowed depending on that country's COVID-19 infection and transmission rate, Cooperative Governance Minister Dr Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma said.
