TASSILO HUMMEL, BHARGAV ACHARYA AND ALEXANDER WINNING INTERNATIONAL financial crime watchdog the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) added South Africa to its "grey list" of countries under special scrutiny to implement standards to prevent money laundering and terrorism financing.
