MIKE Tyson, one of the world greatest heavyweight champions of all time has revealed the biggest secret of his career – he used drugs and cheated during official mandatory drug tests.
Tyson, who became the youngest world heavyweight champion at 19/12, has revealed that he used a fake penis and his wife or child’s urine to beat the system.
According to YOU magazine, Tyson, affectionately known as “Iron Mike”, confessed to using a prosthetic penis to cheat during the pre-match drug tests before stepping into the ring.
Tyson told Jeff Novitzky, the vice president of athlete health and performance for the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) that he preferred to use his baby’s urine, and not his wife’s in case she was pregnant. “One time I was using my wife’s and my was wife was like: ‘Baby you better hope it doesn’t come back pregant or something’,” Tyson said.
Tyson, the former World Boxing Council, World Boxing Association and International Boxing Federation world champion, has previously denied using performance enhancing drugs. He is back in training and is scheduled for an exhibition comeback against Roy Jones Jr on November 28.
He told Novitzky that he used a “Whizzinator”, matching his skin, to cheat. “Year, hell year, I had a brown one,” Tyson said.
YOU said Tyson, who is married to Lakiha Spicer, did not specify which of his children or wife were accomplices in his cheating missions. He was married to actress Robin Givens from 1988 to 1989 and to Monica Turner from 1997 to 2003. He got married to Lakiha in 2009.
His children are Mikey Lorna (30), Ryana (24), Amir (23), Miguel Leon (18), Milan (12) and Daughter Morocco (9).
